Please note that measuring with or without long socks can affect the calf measurement by at least 1cm.

We can also reduce the foot size by half a shoe size with our leather insoles (available at an additional cost). If you would like to add these, please make a note on your order.

We do accept returns on sample boots; however, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

If you are returning from outside the UK, you must contact us before sending your item back for full instructions. Returns sent without the correct paperwork may incur import duty and taxes, for which you would be liable.
