celeris UK is operated by Celeris Bespoke Limited. We are the controller responsible for your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use and share that information under UK data protection law.

This policy covers our website, enquiries, orders, fittings, marketing and customer communications, including email, telephone, WhatsApp and Zoom.

We collect information relevant to your dealings with us, including your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order and payment information, measurements, design preferences, fitting photographs or videos you provide, correspondence, aftercare records and marketing preferences. We may also collect technical and website usage information, including IP addresses and cookie data. For children's orders, we may receive sizing and fitting information from a parent or guardian.

3. HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED

We receive information directly from you when you contact us, request a quote, attend a fitting, place an order or subscribe to marketing. We also receive information through your use of our website and from providers handling payments and deliveries.

4. HOW AND WHY WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use your information to provide quotes, arrange fittings, make and deliver products, and provide contractual aftercare. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or fulfilling our contract with you. Without necessary fitting, payment or delivery information, we may be unable to fulfil your order.

We use information to meet legal obligations, including accounting and tax requirements. For general enquiries, complaints, fraud prevention, protecting legal rights and improving our services, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business, balanced against your rights. 5. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We share information only where needed to fulfil orders, operate our business or meet legal requirements. Providers processing information on our behalf must protect it and use it only for authorised purposes.

6. MARKETING

We send marketing emails or texts with your consent or where the customer soft opt-in applies. This requires us to have obtained your details during a sale or sales negotiation, to market only our own similar products, and to offer an opt-out when collecting your details and in every subsequent message. Where this exception applies, we rely on legitimate interests.

You can unsubscribe using the option in our messages or by emailing info@celerisuk.com. Opting out does not affect necessary order or service communications. We do not sell your personal information.

7. WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH

Where necessary, we share information with our Portuguese manufacturing workshop and providers supporting our website, payments, deliveries, communications, marketing, accounting and professional advice. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

8. HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE KEPT

We keep order, fitting and aftercare records for the customer relationship and normally up to six years after the relevant order or resolution of an aftercare matter. Accounting and tax records are kept for the legally required period. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for up to two years after our last contact.

Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed. We retain minimal information to respect opt-outs. Records may be retained longer for unresolved disputes or legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised.

9. TRANSFERRING YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUT OF THE UK

Our Portuguese workshop and some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we protect transfers through applicable UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual protections.
