We specialise in bespoke made-to-measure tall boots, made-to-order short boots and handcrafted leather accessories - all tailored to your exact specifications. Every pair of Celeris boots is sold directly through our UK studio, ensuring authenticity, expert guidance and a truly personal service from start to finish.

We ship internationally to most countries, except where Celeris has official resellers within Europe. If you’re an existing Celeris UK client, we’ll continue to craft your beautiful boots - wherever you’re based. All other items in our online store are available for worldwide delivery.

Ordering from the USA & Canada (or internationally)

When you order from Celeris UK, and importantly, directly from the manufacturer, you benefit from:

Shipping to the USA & Canada

We ship daily (with reduced rates since August 2025) to clients across the United States, Canada and throughout North America - including all US states and Canadian provinces - using insured express couriers.

Duties & Taxes: We can deliver with all duties and taxes paid (DDP).

Lead Times: Most orders are completed and shipped within 8–10 weeks. Express production may be available at additional cost, with a lead time of 2–3 weekss

TARIFF UPDATE - AUGUST 2025

The removal of the $800 de minimis threshold in the USA has no impact in most cases, as all of our tall custom boots are already above this value - which is our core business.

We remain committed to minimising shipping and duty costs wherever possible, and have negotiated significantly reduced shipping and insurance rates - now 30% lower - to help offset any duty due.

The information here is correct as of August 2025. If tariff rules change again, we will review and adjust as needed.

USA - Single Boot Orders

We offer a Landed Cost Service. For a flat £200, this covers:

• International shipping
• All duties and customs clearance fees

Your boots are delivered straight to your door with no unexpected bills from DHL or US Customs.

Prefer to handle duties yourself? You can decline the service and just pay shipping. DHL will then invoice you separately for duty (approx. 15% of your order value) and their clearance fee on arrival.

Please note: No US sales tax is included on our invoices. Only import duty is applicable at the border.

Canada - Single Boot Orders

Good news — boots made in Portugal are duty-free under the EU–Canada trade agreement.

No sales tax is applied to your order at checkout. Instead, you’ll simply pay the relevant provincial sales tax at the border. This is the same tax you would pay at the till if you purchased domestically — it is not an additional tax.

International Orders (outside USA & Canada)

We ship daily to clients across the Middle East, Asia and beyond - using insured express couriers.

No local tax is applied to your order at checkout. Instead, you’ll simply pay the applicable duties and taxes on arrival in your country. This is the same as paying sales tax at the till domestically - it is not an additional tax.

• Example: Dubai (UAE)
  A single pair of tall boots (£950) shipped to Dubai typically attracts around 5% import duty and 5% VAT, which together usually add approximately £110 to your order value.

We have negotiated 30% lower international shipping and insurance rates to help offset any duty or tax due.
