WARRANTY & REPAIRS

All Celeris boots are covered for 90 days from delivery against faults in materials or workmanship. In the rare event of a genuine issue, we’ll repair or replace your boots.

Please note: damage caused by misuse, poor care, or normal wear and tear is not covered. In our experience, any true manufacturing fault will show up within the first few wears - not after prolonged use.

Do you offer extended warranty?

We don’t offer a formal extended warranty, but if there’s a genuine issue (excluding zips) within the first year, we’ll always assess fairly and do our best to resolve it.

Due to the extremes and variations in the usage of riding boots, no warranty is offered against wear and tear, negligence or poor maintenance resulting in any fault. 

Can I send my boots in for minor repairs?

We no longer offer in-house repairs post-warranty due to shipping costs, delays and workshop logistics (especially since Brexit). For minor repairs, we recommend finding a local saddler or leather specialist. Please note we can replace poppers (snaps) in the studio, for those in the UK, for a nominal cost.
