It’s eye-catching and luxurious, adding depth and interest to any boot design. The unique texture sets it apart from standard finishes, making it a standout choice for those who want something a little different without sacrificing sophistication. this leather is more forgiving—scratches and marks are far less noticeable.

While not as robust as a full matte leather, it performs reliably when cared for appropriately. It may scratch, but thanks to the patterned finish, marks are far less obvious.

STYLING NOTES

As with all plain black leathers, you can style this however you like — it works with virtually any plain contrast. However, equally as stunning used alone or paired with chocolate calfskin and chocolate gloss piping for an ultra-luxurious look.

CELERIS RECOMMENDS

Ideal for the small top sections of your boot design, though frequently chosen for the full boot at the client’s own risk. That said, it holds up surprisingly well in a range of weather conditions — provided care is taken and common sense is used.

As always, for high-wear zones such as the back seam, heel, toe, and top piping, we suggest reinforcing with matte leather to ensure longevity and support. Not suitable for the inside panel unless used for fashion.
