Every pair of Celeris riding boots is individually handcrafted in Portugal, made exclusively for you using premium leathers sourced globally and carefully selected for their performance, durability and longevity.

Whether you're ordering your very first pair or adding to your collection, we'll guide you through every stage of the journey—from designing your dream boots and taking your measurements to receiving them at your door. Our support doesn't end there. We'll also guide you through your first fitting, helping you understand how your boots should feel and the best way to put them on, particularly if this is your first pair of bespoke riding boots.

Step 1 – Design & Consultation

From there, you'll explore our extensive collection of premium leathers, colours, finishes and customisation options to create a pair of boots that is uniquely yours.

As passionate equestrians ourselves, we understand that every discipline places different demands on your boots. Whether you compete in dressage, show jumping, eventing, showing or simply enjoy riding for pleasure, we'll confidently guide you towards the most suitable models, features and materials for both performance and comfort.

You can visit us in our Surrey studio or enjoy exactly the same personal service remotely from anywhere in the UK, USA or Canada. There is never any pressure to make decisions quickly. We regularly schedule additional Zoom consultations as ideas evolve, and between appointments we're always happy to answer questions via WhatsApp, discuss design ideas or offer advice whenever you need us.

Step 2 – Measuring for the Perfect Fit

For our bespoke riding boots, we take 12 precise measurements of each individual leg, capturing the exact shape, proportions and riding position required to create a truly personalised fit.

Whether your measurements are taken in our Surrey studio or remotely via Zoom, you can order with confidence, knowing we'll work closely with you to achieve the best possible fit.

The result is a handcrafted riding boot designed to feel secure, elegant and supportive, fitting like a second skin.

Step 3 – Craftsmanship & Delivery

Your boots are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium leathers sourced globally and selected specifically for their performance, durability and longevity. Traditional craftsmanship combines with modern materials to create boots that not only look exceptional but are designed to perform beautifully for years to come.

Every pair is made entirely to order, allowing our craftsmen to devote the time, precision and attention to detail that true bespoke craftsmanship deserves. Once complete, every pair is carefully inspected before being securely packaged and shipped to your door.

Lead times

Our standard production time is approximately 8–10 weeks.

If you require your boots sooner, we also offer an Express Service for an additional charge. Express orders are typically completed in our Portuguese workshop within 2–3 weeks, with delivery to your door usually taking 3–4 weeks, depending on your location and shipping destination.

If you're ordering for a competition, event or special occasion, simply let us know and we'll be happy to discuss whether our Express Service is suitable for your timeframe.

Ordering Online

Over 85% of our business is now completed remotely, allowing riders throughout the UK, USA and Canada to enjoy the same bespoke experience as clients visiting our Surrey studio. Many of our customers never meet us in person, yet receive exactly the same personal guidance, attention to detail and exceptional fit.

We schedule as many Zoom consultations as necessary to ensure every aspect of your order is perfect. For most clients, this includes an initial Zoom consultation to discuss models, leathers, colours and customisation options, followed by a dedicated measurement appointment.

During your measuring appointment, we guide you through every stage of the process in real time. It is almost as if we are standing beside you, holding the tape measure ourselves. Every measurement is carefully checked, discussed and verified before your order is approved for production.

Our aim is simple—to ensure you feel completely confident and excited about your order from your very first enquiry until your boots arrive.

Our Fit Promise

Whether you're ordering from overseas or simply can't visit our Surrey studio, our Fit Promise has been created to give you complete confidence when ordering remotely.

Should you believe your boots do not fit correctly, our first priority is always to achieve the perfect fit without unnecessary delays or inconvenience, working closely with you to determine the best solution.

A Zoom consultation is a mandatory part of our Fit Promise and must be completed before any remake can be authorised. This allows us to carefully assess the fit of your boots, discuss any concerns and determine whether any issues relate to the fit itself or simply the normal breaking-in process expected with a new pair of handcrafted riding boots.

Please remember that a new pair of handcrafted riding boots will naturally feel firmer and stiffer than a well-worn pair. A close, supportive fit and the need for a short breaking-in period should not be mistaken for an incorrect fit. It is not uncommon for clients who have never owned bespoke riding boots before to mistake a precise fit for one that is too tight.

Where, following our assessment, we determine that a genuine fit adjustment is required rather than a normal breaking-in period, we will remake your boots to revised measurements.

To qualify for our Fit Promise, your boots must:

• Be unworn other than trying them on indoors.
  
• Be returned in immaculate, as-new condition.
  
• Be available for assessment via Zoom before any return is authorised.

Where a remake is approved, we will review and refine your measurements during a further Zoom consultation before producing a new pair to the updated specification. The client is responsible only for the shipping costs of returning the original boots to our studio and the shipping costs of the replacement pair.

Every remake represents additional time and craftsmanship for us, so our shared goal is always to achieve the best possible fit first time through careful consultation, meticulous measuring and close collaboration throughout the ordering process.
